Small Lot + Small Structure

Here's a hypothetical for a small site:
East Elevation
West Elevation
The challenge was to envision a use for those forgotten slivers of lots: often triangular, due to street vacations, often with steep topography, and often with challenges to access. The lot for this particular design is roughly 1,300 square feet, and a portion of it has been offered as a shared access easement to an adjacent site. The building could be a residence or a live-work structure and would provide about 1,300 square feet of building area over three levels, plus basement parking and a roof deck.
